We are thrilled to introduce a new feature that enhances control over RFQ notifications by allowing the selection of specific supplier users during RFQ creation. This improvement is designed to streamline communication with suppliers, especially for global organizations with multiple points of contact, ensuring that only the most relevant supplier users are notified.
Feature Highlights
Supplier User Selection Modal
- Tailored Notifications: During RFQ creation, customer can select specific supplier user(s) to receive email notifications.
- Default Setting: All supplier users are selected by default, but users can refine the list as needed.
- Interactive Modal: A new interface enables viewing and managing supplier users for each RFQ.
RFQ View Page Enhancements
- Transparency: A new icon in the Actions column shows the selected supplier users for an RFQ.
Email Notifications
- Notifications are now targeted, sent only to the supplier users selected during the RFQ setup.
