Previously, RFQ negotiations were sent to only quoted suppliers.
New Functionality
With this update, users can now target negotiations specifically to unquoted suppliers. This streamlined approach allows for more focused communication, encouraging greater supplier participation and resulting in better negotiations for procurement process.

Enhanced Negotiation Capability
A dedicated "Send Negotiation to Selected Suppliers" button has been introduced on the RFQ Analysis page, enabling more targeted and efficient supplier negotiations.Streamlined Supplier Categorization
Suppliers are now grouped into two categories: Quoted Suppliers and Unquoted Suppliers, making it easier to manage and organize supplier data during the RFQ process.Target Price Visibility
Target prices are now displayed on the SAPP - View & Quote page, providing greater transparency and aiding suppliers in aligning their quotes to procurement expectations.
What to Expect
When sending negotiations:
- Flexible Supplier Selection: Customer Users can exclude quoted suppliers if the negotiation is intended only for unquoted suppliers.
- Unquoted Suppliers: Suppliers can view the negotiation and submit their quotes.
