We are excited to introduce an enhancement to the Vendor Onboarding Form approval process. This update allows for section-wise approvals during vendor re-registration, ensuring approval workflows are triggered only for updated sections. By minimizing redundant approvals, this enhancement streamlines the onboarding process, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Previous Behavior
In the previous setup, vendor re-registration triggered approvals for the entire form, regardless of whether specific sections were updated. This led to unnecessary approval workflows for unchanged sections, creating inefficiencies and delays in the onboarding process.
New Functionality
With this enhancement, the system identifies changes at the section level during re-registration. Approvals are now initiated only for the updated sections, ensuring a targeted and efficient approval process. Admin users can also configure approval rules specific to sections for enhanced control.
