Detailed Content in PRC and QC Approval Emails:
- For PRC and QC Approvals: After approval, PRC and QC emails will be sent to the transaction creator with updated content.
- Content Structure: The email includes a summary header along with a preview of key transaction details, giving users a clear view of the information directly from the email.
Additional Reference Codes for Clarity:
- RFQ Code in QC Emails: For better reference, QC emails will now display the associated RFQ (Request for Quote) code.
- PR Code in PRC Emails: PRC emails will now contain the original PR (Purchase Requisition) code, enabling clear tracking back to the original requisition.
Notifications for Approval or Rejection:
- When QC transactions are approved or rejected, email notifications will be sent to the RFQ creator for visibility.
- If the RFQ and QC creators are the same, only one email will be sent to prevent redundancy.
Attachment of QC PDF Document in Emails:
- For enhanced context, QC-related emails will include the QC PDF document, allowing recipients to review detailed transaction information with ease.
