Overview
In our ongoing efforts to improve the quote comparison (QC) process, we are excited to introduce updates to the QC report, featuring a new format and enhanced data. These enhancements will provide users with more flexibility and deeper insights during the QC approval process, enabling more customized analysis and comparisons before finalizing approvals.

New Report Structure

  • Updated QC Report
    The QC report has been revamped to offer a more user-friendly and comprehensive format. Renamed as "<RFQ Code> - Supplier Quote Comparisons," the updated report streamlines detailed analysis and custom comparisons during the QC approval process.

Enhanced Data Presentation

  • Consolidated Data
    Both item-level and summary details are now combined into a single sheet, offering a streamlined view of all necessary data.

  • Improved Clarity
    Null cell values are now left blank, maintaining a clean and intuitive report layout, as opposed to displaying “-” in previous versions.

QC Analysis Report (Removed)
The old QC Analysis report has been removed, as all relevant data is now consolidated within the updated QC report.

Module Applicability
This update applies to the Quote Requests module, with a focus on improving the Quote Comparison (QC) approval process and related reporting functionalities.
