Overview:
We are pleased to announce several new features and enhancements to the RFQ Analysis Export and Quote Version Export functionalities. These updates are designed to improve the usability, flexibility, and efficiency of managing RFQ data, allowing for more detailed offline analysis and better reporting capabilities.
Key Features:
RFQ Analysis Report Enhancement:
- Text wrapping is applied in the export to ensure better readability of the data.
- Numbers are formatted with commas for easier interpretation (excluding Product Codes).
- Unified Sheet Format: Both item-level details and header (summary) details are now presented in the same sheet for a streamlined analysis experience.
User Experience (UX) Enhancements:
- Scenario Creation:
- The scenario creation option has been moved under the "Select Scenario" section on the left-hand side for better usability.
- Report Type Dropdown:
- The various report types (e.g., Download Flat Bid, Upload Target Price, Analysis Export) are now combined under a single dropdown selection for streamlined access.
- Save & Save As:
- The UI for Save and Save As has been updated to align with the listing page view type. A single floppy disk icon is now used, and clicking it will provide dropdown options for Save and Save As.

- User Flexibility:
- Exported files are unprotected, allowing users to freely modify them without restrictions. These files are not intended for bulk uploads, so users can make any necessary changes as needed.
