Explanation

Aerchain automates the PO creation from the Purchase Requisition Cart(PRC) and the Quote Comparison(QC) pages.

So, the values that are to be filled on the PO page flow from the preceding step - that is either from PRC or QC. However, some values that have to be filled on the PO aren't available on the PRC or QC pages. They were filled with predefined values till this release. 


Aerchain introduces an optional feature that allows the inclusion of fields that are specific to PO on the PRC and QC pages. Also, this change is template-based. Templates with PO Advanced Settings in PRC and QC will transfer data to the PO creation page. Templates without PO Advance Settings in PRC and QC will default to predefined values during PO creation.


NOTE

Reach out to the Aerchain support team, to get this implemented, as this an optional feature, and template setup has to be done on the backend.


Also, the users should have access to the PO Advanced Settings at PRC and QC levels to facilitate the PO creation.


Fields for Customization

Following are the fields that can be included on the PRC or QC pages on the template PO Advanced Settings, which will later be transferred to the PO creation page:


  1. Inward Required.
  2. Enable Additional Line items in the invoice.
  3. Auto-release PO to Supplier.
  4. Delivery Schedule Type.
  5. Enable Input Service Distribution Taxes.
  6. Inward Matching Criterion.
  7. Transaction Exchange Rate Criterion.
  8. Autogenerate PO Document and associated fields.
