Explanation

Aerchain has this field called target price which allows the customer to negotiate with the supplier. The default setting is, that the target price field is common for all suppliers. The customer can also enable separate target prices for each supplier to negotiate. With this release, you can configure this target price against each supplier as a default view by contacting Aerchain.

How to Send Negotiations to Individual Suppliers

Follow the below steps to use this feature:


  1. Login to the Aerchain portal.
  2. Click the Modules icon.
  3. Click on RFQs under Request for Quotes.
    ✔️ The RFQs listing page opens.
  4. Click the Code of the RFQ to open the RFQ view page.
    ✔️ The RFQ view page opens.
  5. Click the Analysis tab.
  6. Click on the Advance Filter icon.
    ✔️ The Advance Filter options box opens.
  7. Expand the Field Selection.
  8. Click the Supplier Item Level field.
  9. Check the Target Price option.
  10. Click the Quote Items Level Fields.
  11. Uncheck the Target Price option.
  12. Click the Update button.


You should now see the updated column view. The target price field should be present for each supplier and the common target price removed.
