Explanation

Aerchain captures logs - namely access alteration logs of users or roles for audit reasons. Whenever there's a change, namely creating, editing, marking active/inactive, or bulk creation, a log entry is added to the audit logs. The log will contain information about the changed property and its old and current values.


With this release in addition to the audit logs captured already, the following logs will also be captured:

  1. Facility.
  2. Ledger.
  3. Cost Center.
  4. Department.
  5. Dimensions One.
  6. Dimension Two.
  7. Dimension Three.


NOTE

You can export these logs in spreadsheet(Excel) format, including all the changes to the dimension.


The reason for capturing these extra logs is to provide more visibility to the internal audit and compliance team.
