Explanation

The quote comparison (QC) listing page and purchase requisition cart (PRC) listing pages are where all the available QCs and PRC are listed. Listing pages serve as the place where the user can get a quick glimpse of the information like status, date, etc., of the QC and PRC.


Before this release, the quote comparison listing page and purchase requisition cart listing pages were two separate pages under two separate modules. In most cases, the QC and PRC approvers are the same. So, they have to navigate to two different pages to perform the approval/rejection. To make it more convenient for the approvers we have merged the QC and PRC listing pages into one single page called the Sourcing Conversions (SC) listing page which will be found under the Purchase Order module.

Access to the QC and PRC listing pages is provided separately.
Since the Sourcing Conversions is one single page, there are no two separate access provisions but one.
The users can't rearrange the columns and choose which column is to be visible and which is to be hidden on the listing page.The users can now rearrange the columns and choose which column is to be visible and which is to be hidden.


Separate Access Control 

Since the QC and PRC listing pages are merged into one, it is now managed with a single access control module called Sourcing Conversions.


Filter Options

You can filter the listings by Requisition, RFQ (Request for Quote), or Auction types. The listing page will have a column called Event Type that will help you filter based on the event type.


How to Navigate to the SC Listing Page

Follow the below steps to navigate to the Sourcing Conversions (SC) listing page.


  1. Login to Aerchain portal.
  2. Click the Modules icon.
  3. Click the Sourcing Conversions under Purchase Orders.


You are now on the Sourcing Conversions listing page.


Customizable Columns/View Types

Each user can now rearrange the columns and choose which column should be visible and which is to be hidden.


  1. Click the Update/Create View Types button.
  2. Click the Create New option.
    ✔️ The View Type Configuration option box opens.
  3. User the Dragger to rearrange
  4. Check or uncheck the column names to decide their visibility.
  5. Type in the name of the view type on the Title text box.
  6. Click the Create button to save the changes.
  7. OPTIONAL: Use the Set as Default toggle to set the current setting as the default view.
