What is the Reports Modules on Aerchain

A report is a structured document that presents information on a specific topic.


It is usually created to inform, analyze, or make recommendations based on research or findings. Whereas, reports in Aerchain have data corresponding to Aerchain. For example, the auction reports contain information about the auction, namely, auction code, supplier names, payment terms, status, etc.


Aerchain has a list of preset reports that you can use.


If you need a new report that isn't present in the system already, you can contact the Aerchain support team to get that curated.


How to Navigate to Reports on Aerchain

Follow the below steps to navigate to the Reports module on Aerchain.


  1. Login to the Aerchain customer portal.
  2. Click the Modules icon.
  3. Click the Reports module.
    ✔️ The reports listing page opens.


You are now on the reports listing page, where all the available reports are listed.


Steps to Download Reports

Follow the below steps to download a report.


  1. Click on the report that you want to download.
    ✔️The reports download page opens.
  2. Click the Choose Date Range to choose the date range.
  3. Click the Generate Report button to generate that report.
  4. OPTIONAL: Click the Send Mail button to send this report to you.
  5. OPTIONAL: Click the Download button to download the report.
  6. OPTIONAL: Click the Save button to save the report as a template.
  7. OPTIONAL: Click the Save As button to create a new report entry.
  8. OPTIONAL: Click the Export Icon to export the report as an Excel file.
  9. OPTIONAL: Click the Format icon to format the report.
  10. OPTIONAL: Click the Options icon to see the options.
  11. OPTIONAL: Click the Fields icon to customize the fields.
  12. OPTIONAL: Click the Fullscreen icon to present the report on the full screen.
