Introduction

A GRN view page displays all the information about a certain GRN. In this article you'll learn:

1. How to navigate to the GRN view page.

How to Navigate to the GRN View Page

Follow the below steps to navigate to the GRN view page.

1. Log in to the Aerchain customer portal.
2. Click the Modules icon.
   
3. Click GRNs under GRNs.
   
4. Click the Code of the invoice that you want to view.
   ✔️ GRN view page is displayed.
   

That's how you navigate to the GRN view page.

Graphics and Explanation

Graphics	Explanation
	Breadcrumbs. A breadcrumb navigation is a trail of text links. It shows users the path to the page that they are currently on. It also allows users to navigate higher pages in the website’s hierarchy.
	Status of the GRN/Inward.
	Refresh button. It refreshes the page content.
	The Invoice View button takes you to the invoice page.
	Activity Timeline/Team Chat is where the activities are logged. It can also be used to communicate with the teammate. User name followed by @ symbol notifies that user. It can be used to leave a message. E.g., @RichardSalame
	Audit Logs if any.
	Supplier comments.  Type in the comment and click the Add Comment button. Click the Upload button to upload a file. Click the Block button to block the supplier. Type in the user name followed by @ to mention a user. The mentioned user will receive a notification.
	The Close Inward button closes the inward. The Open Inward button opens the inward that was closed earlier.
	The General Details section contains all the general details like Supplier name, PO Reference, Payment Terms, etc.
	Items details will have all the item level details like Product name, Unit, Reversed, and Status.
	The Transaction tab has the following  GRN Reversal. GRN Adjustments.
	Should there be any GRN reversals, it will appear here.
	Should there be any GRN adjustments, it will appear here.
