What is a Rate Contract View Page

A rate contract view page is where all the details of the rate contract are presented. This article explains the graphics and fields available on the rate contract view page.


Fields and Graphics Explained

Graphics and FieldsExplanation
The Rate contract number and its status.
Refresh button to refresh the content of this page.
Terminate button to terminate the rate contract.
Bulk upload button to bulk upload rate contracts.
Amend button to edit the Rate Contract.
Activity Timeline button to see the activity taking place on this rate contract.
Supplier comments allow the customer to submit a comment to the supplier and vice versa.
Audit logs for Audit purposes.
More button has the following:
  1. The Clone option is to clone the current RC.
  2. The Recall option is to recall this RC before it's approved.
  3. Regenerate the Document option is to regenerate and download the RC document.
  4. Reassign option is to reassign the ownership to another user.
General DetailsGeneral details are where all the rate contract details are displayed.
Billing DetailsBilling details have the following:
  1. FACILITY - The facility name.
  2. SUPPLIER - The supplier name.
  3. BILL TO - The billing address.
  4. VALUE - Maximum monetary value this RC can accommodate.
  5. TERMS & CONDITIONS - T&C of this RC.
  6. INVOICE/SCHEDULE - Invoice allows you to create an invoice. The schedule lets you place a purchase order.

    Note that the invoice/schedule is based on the RC invoicing option during the RC creation.
ProductsThe products tab displays all the product details.
InvoicesThe invoice tab displays all the details about the invoice.
InwardsThe inwards tab displays all the details about the inwards.
