Introduction

If you forgot your password and looking for ways to reset it on your own; you are in the right place. This article walks you through the password reset process.


Steps to Reset the Password

Follow the below steps to reset the password.


  1. Go to the Aerchain login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
    ✔️ The forgot password page opens.
  3. Type in the E-mail in the E-mail text box.
  4. Click the Generate Password Reset Link button.
    ✔️ A password reset link is sent to your Email ID.
  5. Click the Reset your password button.
    ✔️ The Reset Password page opens.
  6. Type in your new password in the Create Password text box.
  7. Confirm your password by retyping it in the Confirm Password text box.
  8. Click the Reset Password button.


NOTE

Make sure that your password satisfies all the criteria.


You have successfully reset your password now. You can start again from the login page and use your new credentials.
