What is User Creation in Aerchain
User creation in Aerchain is the creation of user accounts. These user accounts can access the Aerchain portal to their delegated limits. This article guides you on how to create users in Aerchain.
Note
User account once created can't be deleted. It can only be deactivated. It is designed in that way for Audit reasons.
Steps to Create a User in Aerchain
Follow the below steps to create a user in Aerchain.
- Log in to the Aerchain customer portal.
- Click the Org Settings icon.
- Click User & Roles & Employee Groups.
- Click the + New button.
✔️ The Add User creation form opens. - Fill in the form.
- Click the Create button.
You have now created a user in the Aerchain portal.
NOTE
If your project requires bulk user creation, reach out to the Aerchain support team.INFO
1. To resend the user registration link, click Resend.
2. To Update the user details, click Edit.
3. To Mark the user as inactive, click Mark Inactive.
Fields Explained

| Name | Name of the user. |
| Email address of the user. | |
| Phone | Phone number of the user. |
| Manager | The reporting manager of the user. |
| Role | The role of the user. |
| Group | The group the user belongs to. |
| Approval Range | The range of monetary values for which this user can approve other users. |
| Petty Cash Limit | The petty cash limit of this user. |
| Employee Reference | Employee Reference number of this user. |
| Designation | The designation of the user. |
Delivery Location | The delivery location this user will have visibility to. |
| Department | The department to which the user will have access to. |
| Supplier Categories | The supplier categories that are visible to this user. |
| Product Categories | The product categories that are visible to this user. |
| Dimension One, Two and Three | Customer-specific dimensions. |
| Default Delivery Location | The default delivery location for this user. |
| Default Department | The default department for this user. |
| Default origin | The default origin of this user. |
| Default Facility Location | The default facility location for this user. |
| Default Cost Center | The default cost center of this user. |
| Requisition Template | The default requisition template for this user. |
NOTE The fields can be customer specific so you might not see all the fields. You might see extra fields too for the same reason.
