This article covers everything that you need to know about the negotiation process in Aerchain. Negotiations are part of RFQs.


There are two ways that you can negotiate with your suppliers in Aerchain.


  1. Manually updating the target price.
  2. Uploading a negotiation file.


How to Manually Send a Negotiation

Follow the below steps to manually send a negotiation in RFQ.


  1. Log in to the Aerchain customer portal.
  2. Click the RFQs under Request for Quotes.
  3. Click the code of the RFQ you want to negotiate.
  4. Click Analysis.
  5. Type in the Target Price.
  6. Click the dollar symbol next to ITEMS.


Your negotiation has been sent to the supplier.


How to Bulk Upload Negotiation

Follow the below steps to bulk upload negotiations.


  1. Log in to the Aerchain customer portal.
  2. Click the RFQs under Request for Quotes.
  3. Click the code of the RFQ you want to negotiate.
  4. Click Bulk Actions.
  5. Click Download Negotiation.
    ✔️A negotiation file will be downloaded with the name Quote-Negotiation.xlsx
  6. Provide your target prices.
  7. Click Bulk Actions.
  8. Click Upload Negotiation.
  9. Choose the file that you've edited and upload.


Your negotiations have been sent to the suppliers successfully.
