Introduction

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) listing page is a page where all the RFQs created in the Aerchain system are listed.

Follow the below steps to navigate to the RFQ listing page in Aerchain

Graphics and Fields	Explanation
	A click on the reload button will reload the page with the latest information.
	The + Add New button creates a new RFQ.
	Represents the information about vendor participation. Say, the number of quoted views and RFQs sent to the vendors.
	Represents the average time taken for the approval, processing, and conversion of an RFQ.
	Represents the total RFQs based on their pending, in progress, and rejected status.
	Total realized savings for the current year and its percentage.
	Represents the average number of RFQs per Buyer.
	Filters on RFQ listing.
	The RFQ Search bar. Search based on the RFQ code, subject, and product.
	Clear the filter/search with this button.
	Update or create view types using this button.
	The page navigator.
Code	The unique clickable code of an RFQ.
Quotations	The total number of quotations received.
Deadline	The deadline corresponds to this RFQ.
Status	Current status of this RFQ.
Created By	The creator of this RFQ.
Approver Role	The role of the approver.
Approver(s)	The approvers of this RFQ.
User Department	The user department this RFQ is under.
