Steps to Regenerate Your Password

  1. Open the Aerchain portal on your browser.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
    ✔️ The Forget password page opens.
  3. Type your registered email address in the E-mail text box.
  4. Click the Generate Password Reset Link.
    ✔️A password reset link is sent to your registered email address.
  5. Check for an email with the subject Reset your Password in your email box; Check your spam folder if not found in your inbox.
  6. Click the Reset your password button.

    ✔️Password reset page opens.
  7. Type in your new password in the Create Password textbox.
  8. Retype your new password on the Confirm Password textbox.
  9. Click Reset Password.

    ✔️You are taken back to the login screen.

  10. Type in your new credentials to log in.

    ✔️You have not successfully reset your password.
