Introduction
The supplier onboarding consists of two steps,
- The customer sends the onboarding form to the supplier - This is covered in the supplier creation article.
- The supplier fills out the onboarding form and returns it to the customer.
- The customer approves the form.
This article focuses on supplier-side activities.
How to Sign Up as a Supplier
The supplier should receive an email notification once the customer sends the supplier onboarding form. Follow along to learn how to proceed further.
- Search for "You have been invited to Aerchain by" in your email inbox; check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox.
- Click the Click here to sign-up button.
✔️ The Supplier signup page opens on your browser. - Type your password in the Create Password text box.
- Type your password again in the Confirm Password text box.
- Click the Sign Up button.
✔️ Aerchain supplier home page opens. - Click the notification button.
- Click the onboarding request.
✔️ The onboarding form opens - The screenshots are given in the next section. - OPTIONAL: An Email is sent to the supplier's email address as well. Click the Complete Your Form button to go to the form page.
- Click the Update button.
- Fill in all the fields.
- Click the Submit button.
✔️ The form goes to the customers for approval.
NOTE
- Click the Save button to save the form as a draft.
- Click the Cancel button to cancel filling out the form.

You will receive a notification in-app and via email if the customer sends back the submitted form for revision. You can make changes and send them back.
