The Dashboard Tab
The dashboard tab of the supplier view page is where all the information about the supplier and their performance are displayed.
| Graphics | Explanation |
 | The breadcrumb menu - also known as a breadcrumb trail - contains a series of clickable links that represent the logical hierarchy of a user's journey within a website. |
 | Page refresh button. |
  | Activity timeline / Team Chat is the place where all the activities that have taken place corresponding to that supplier are listed. The activity timeline can also be used as an internal notes place. You can mention the users with the @ symbol followed by their names. The paperclip icon is used to add attachments if any. |
  | The supplier comments buttons allow the customers to add comments to the suppliers. For every comment, the supplier will get a notification. |
  | Audit logs contain the log entries about the changes that happened corresponding to this supplier. |
 | The total amount of business happened with this specific vendor. |
 | The number of purchase orders placed with this supplier. |
 | The number of invoices created by the supplier. |
 | The total payments made to the supplier. |
 | The supplier onboarding journey has a timeline of the supplier onboarding process. |
 | System Ratings will be based on the below parameters of the supplier: 1. Price 2. Responsiveness 3. On-time delivery 4. Quality 5. Invoice Errors |
 | The onboarding form shows the completion status of the supplier onboarding. It also allows the customer to send the update request; A request to update the onboarding form. |
 | The supplier's email ID and phone number. |
  | The legal entities that are mapped with this supplier. |
  | The tolerances that are set for this supplier. |
 | The categories that this supplier belongs to. |
 | An overview of the overdue payments and the outstanding payments based on the payment terms and the processed payments. |
 | The Invoice under process gives a breakdown of the invoices based on the below invoice statuses: 1. Disputed. 2. Invoiced. 3. Under process. 4. Etc. |
Tab Onboarding Tab
The onboarding tab shows the onboarding form with the details filled out by the supplier.
The Evaluations Tab
The evaluations tab lists the quote evaluations if any. Quote evaluations are done by SMEs and are useful in quote analysis.
The Analysis Tab
The analysis tab shows the analysis made to the suppliers if any.
