Introduction

This article walks you through the supplier dashboard as seen from the supplier portal.

To navigate to the supplier dashboard follow the below steps:

The supplier dashboard page opens.

The supplier dashboard is where all the information and metrics about the supplier their metrics are displayed.

Graphics	Explanation
	Reload the page button.
	The name of the customer.
	The name of the supplier.
	The date range for which the metrics on the page are displayed.
	The currency in which the transactions are made.
	The total amount for which the business happened with this specific vendor.
	The number of purchase orders placed with this supplier.
	The invoices have the number of invoices created by the supplier.
	The total payments made to the supplier.
	System Ratings of the supplier are based on the below parameters: 1. Price 2. Responsiveness 3. On-time delivery 4. Quality 5. Invoice Errors
	The onboarding form shows the status of completion of the supplier onboarding. It also allows you to send the update request.
	The supplier's email ID and phone number.
	Shows the legal entities that are mapped with this supplier.
	The categories that this supplier belongs to.
	The payment splits give an overview of the overdue payment and the outstanding payment based on the payment terms and the processed payments.
	Invoice under process gives a breakdown of the invoices based on the invoice status: 1. Disputed. 2. Invoiced. 3. Under process. 4. Etc.
	Pending actions, it list all the actions that are pending from the supplier.
	Raise a Ticket icon allows you to raise a support ticket with your customer.
	The Live Help option has two options; Chat Bot and Live Chat. Chatbot allows you to get quick information such as the status of invoices. And, live chat allows you to have a live chat with Aerchain support.
