Introduction
The purchase request cart (or PRC in short) is an existing feature allowing you to compile your purchase requests and create purchase orders.
The purchase orders can be created based on dimensions from the purchase requests. For example, all the purchase requests that have the same delivery addresses can be made into a single purchase order, and likewise. In this release, we have done the following to the PRC.
- PRC user interface revamp.
- PRC page templatization.
The PRC user interface revamp is to provide a much clearer and more detailed PRC page.
PRC templates allow the customers to have multiple variations of the PRC page. The variations may include changes in the dimensions or fields. To make your life better, this release comes with the default PRC template available out of the box. Should you require other variations of the PRC page template, or should you require any changes to the default PRC template our support team will help you with the same.
Past and Updated UI
Below are the screenshots of the past and the updated user interfaces (UI). This UI revamp is majorly a transition from the PRC preview page being an overlay on the existing page into a fully separate page.
