Introduction

In this article, you will find a detailed step-by-step walkthrough on how you can submit a quote by the two methods below:

1. Aerchain Supplier Portal
2. Email
   

1. Aerchain Portal

To submit your quote via the Aerchain portal, follow the below steps.

1. Login to your Aerchian supplier portal (For the login details, each supplier would receive their unique ID and password during the supplier onboarding)
2. Click the Bell icon (Notification Icon).
3. Click on the RFQ notification.
   E.g.,✔️ Quote submission screen opens.
4. Click the Accept button.
5. Click that checkbox, I accept the Terms of this Agreement.
6. Click Accept. 
7. OPTIONAL: Click the Regret button to reject the RFQ.
8. Click the Quote button.
9. Fill in the mandatory blank spaces (The ones with the * ) in the Items section.
10. Fill in the mandatory blank spaces (The ones with the * ) in the Quote Information section.
11. Click the Submit Quote button.
    ✔️ Submit Quote confirmation pop-up appears.
12. Click Confirm.
13. OPTIONAL: If you must update your quote click on the Update Quote and update your values.

2. Email

Follow the below steps to submit your quote via email.

1. Check for an email with "... has invited you to participate in RFQ" subject.
2. Open that email.
3. Fill in the mandatory blank spaces (The ones with the * ) in the General Details section.
   
4. Fill in the mandatory blank spaces (The ones with the * ) in the Item Details section.
5. Click Submit Quote.
   ✔️ Quote submission confirmation appears.
6. OPTIONAL: Type your question in the Ask Querry text box and Click Reply.

Fields explained

* Mandatory fields

Field Name	Explanation
Items section
Sno	Serial number of the line item.
* Price	Type your quote price.
Taxes	Choose a tax percentage from the dropdown corresponding to each product.
Product Name	Name of the product.
Description	Description of the product.
* Qty	Quantity of the product.
* Uom	Unit of Measurement of the product. e.g. Kilo, liter, etc.
HSN	The HSN number of the product.
* Amount	The amount of the product.
Attachments	Any relevant files that have to be attached. Click the upload icon and follow the sequence to upload a file
Lead time	Type your lead time.
Details	Details of the product.
Quote Information
Payment terms	Choose the terms of your payment from the dropdown.
Lead time	Type your lead time.
Best Quote	Is this your best quote or you can negotiate? Choose Yes/No.
