Explanation

The purchase request cart is a place where the purchase requests are staged, and from there, it is converted to Purchase Orders (PO).

One purchse request(PR) can have multiple purchase orders(PO).

In the purchase request cart (PRC), we can now select the legal entities of the corresponding rate contract suppliers. Earlier we did not have this option.
