What is a Facilities Master
The facilities master list has all the necessary information about a facility. It will have information about that facility's city, state, status, etc.
Steps to Create a Facilities Master
Follow the below steps to navigate to the facilities masters in Aerchain.
- Login to Aerchain.
- Click Modules.
- Click Facilities under Masters.
- Click the + New button.
✓ Add Facility form opens. - Fill in the values.
- Click Create.
Fields and Its Explanation
* - Mandatory
| Text Box Name | Explanation |
* KEYWORD | Enter the identifier name of the facility. |
* REFERENCE | A reference code for that facility. |
* LOCATION CODE | Enter the location code for the facility. |
* LINE 1 | Address of the facility. |
| * CITY | The city in which the facility is located. |
| * STATE | The state in which the facility is located. |
| * PINCODE | The PIN code of the facility. |
| Is Billing Entity | A billing entity is a facility from which the billing can be officially made. |
| Is Default Billing Address | The default billing address for this facility. |
BILLING ADDRESS | The billing address for this facility. |
| USERS | The users who should have access to this facility. |
| Name | Name of the company. |
| GSTIN | GSTIN number of that company. |
| CIN | CIN number of the company. |
