Introduction

Aerchain has automation that creates purchase orders automatically once a quote is approved.


However, due to various reasons, the Auto-PO generation might fail once in a while. When it fails, Aerchain triggers an email notification to all the stakeholders. But to make it more convenient to track the failed POs, Aerchain introduces the Auto Release Failed tab, where all the failed POs are listed .


Steps to View All the Failed Auto-initiated POs

  1. Click Modules.
  2. Click Quote Comparisons.
  3. Click Auto Release Failed.
