Streamlined Approvals via Email: Approve Purchase Requests (PRs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs) directly through email. You can also submit quotes for RFQs via email. Additionally, you have the ability to negotiate with target prices and requote RFQs, all conveniently over email.
"Value" Based Invoices: We've introduced "value" based invoices for 2-way matching, streamlining the invoicing process.
Revamped Approval Templates: Our approval templates for Purchase Orders (POs), RFQs, Auctions, and Goods Received Notes (GRNs) have undergone a refreshing makeover. Enjoy a new look and enhanced functionalities.
Flexible Quote Comparison and GRN Editing: Make changes when needed. Quote comparisons and GRNs that are pending approval can now be edited. Approvers can edit those in pending status, while creators can edit items in rejected status.
Editable LPP Column: Going forward, the LPP column in RFQs is editable, allowing for greater flexibility in your procurement process.
Efficient Vendor Communication: Engage with vendors more effectively. Utilize the bulk action feature to send reminder emails in bulk for sign-ups and registrations.
