Customers can have instances where they need to communicate with their vendors regarding some new process or invite them to an auction. With Aerchain's Broadcast feature, you do not need to go to another application for this communication.
Go to Modules > Select Broadcast / Search for Broadcast in the search bar
You will be redirected to the Broadcast listing page which will show all the previous broadcasted messages that were done in Aerchain. To initiate a new broadcast, click on the
button towards the top right corner. The new broadcast create page will be displayed as shown below.
- Select the Broadcasting Channel as required.
Suppliers: If you have a list of suppliers that you want to send that are from different categories
Supplier Categories: If you want to reach out to a set of suppliers that are from same categories
- Suppliers: Based on the channel selection, you will receive the drop-down options, select those suppliers/supplier categories
- Internal Roles: Select any internal roles such as managers who should be cc'd in the email or leave it blank as it is not mandatory.
- Mail Subject : Like a normal email enter the subject line that defines the purpose of the mail
- Notes: Enter the body of the email that explains the purpose. You can use the formatting options like a normal email.
- Attachments: Upload any attachments if you need the supplier to have
If your email content is still missing some pieces of information, you can save this as a draft and come to this from the listing page. If the email is ready hit the publish button and this email will be rolled to all the suppliers as selected.
