Chat Bot

Out smart bot is built to provide customers information on different things with a single click. Follow the below steps to use our chat bot

  1. Hover over the chat icon that will open the option to select chat bot/Live chat
  2. Select the chat bot and a chat window will pop up 
  3. The following are the options that the vendor can select to view the status or information We will go step-by-step for each one as explain what do they offer.
    • Status of Invoice: Select this status and the bot will ask you the Invoice number, enter the invoice and it will show you the dats a shown in the below image
    • Balance details: Th bot will display the outstanding balance and overdue of the account for the company as shown in the below image
    • Payment Proofs: Shows the payment receipts/vouchers attachments that have been done by the company within the specified date range
    • Account Summary: A file will be downloaded on to the system with information on all the Invoices their paid amount and the last due date.

    • Create an Invoice: Here you can upload an Invoice in the format that is defined and once, submitted the portal runs the OCR and reflects the Invoice with the reference number in the listing page.
    • Purchase order details: By selecting this option, an excel file containing the data of all the purchase orders related to this account will be downloaded like shown below.



Following these simple steps, customers can use our bot to have information regarding any transaction at their fingertips.
