Vendors can now access to a dedicated customer support team to address their queries related to POs, Invoices, or any general issues. Tickets raised via the supplier portal will be sent to the designated CS team for resolution in the shortest and most efficient way possible.

 

Here is how easy it is to raise tickets and track their status in the supplier portal. 

 

Creating a ticket request  

 

In the supplier portal, there are two ways a vendor can raise a ticket:
 

1. Creating a ticket from the supplier dashboard  

  • On the top right corner of dashboard, click on the ‘Create ticket’ button as show in the image.  

  • A pop-up window to raise a ticket will be displayed

  • If there is only one customer then it is already selected by default and
     disabled. Instead, if there are multiple customers then select the customer from the dropdown. 

     
  • Select the category from the dropdown and the reference numbers of the category will be displayed in the dropdown.
     
  • Select the reference number and enter the suitable subject that summarizes the issue in a short title.
     
  • Upload any attachment or screenshot to support your description if necessary.
     
  • Enter the reason for raising this ticket.
     
  • Once all the details are filled in, click on the ‘Create’ button. Your ticket is created successfully. 

     

 


 

 

2. Create specific ticket requests for individual modules:  

  • All the modules in the left panel allows vendors to create a specific ticket request against each individual module 

  • For instance, navigate to the purchase order module, click on the PO code for which a ticket needs to be raised

  • The view page of that respective PO will be displayed and towards the top right corner of the view page, click on the ‘Create ticket’ button
     
  • Enter the issue related to this PO upload an attachment if necessary which will be visible to the supplier

  • Click on the ‘Raise ticket’ button as shown in the image below:


 



These are two ways where vendors can take assistance from the customer support to help them wherever stuck or need clarification.
