For users to have seamless experience on Aerchain Platform, Live chat is an option provided to all the end users of Aerchain In both Customer Portal and Supplier Portal. By clicking on the live chat button the user gets the option to directly chat with the Aerchain support team and you can also search if his query is listed in FAQs. Live chat is available from 09:30 to 19:00 IST.


For a detailed understanding of how to use the Live chat on the Portal please follow the below given steps.


  1. For the user to clear his doubt or query at any point on the time, a chat icon is present on all the screens of the product on the right hand side.

  2. Just by moving the cursor on the icon, user can see the live chat button.

  1. As explained above, users can see both the options live chat and FAQs in the pop-up chat box.

  2. Users can check if their query is listed in the FAQs.

  3. By clicking on the search icon, the user can start typing the kew words of the query in the search bar.

  1. All the queries with the typed in keywords will be displayed in the search.

  2. If you find your query just click on it to see the answer and explanation of the same.


  1. All the available content related to that query will be displayed along with the video demonstrations.

  1. Even after going through the    explanation or if the required query is not listed in FAQs, users can connect with the Aerchain Customer Support Team for the query resolution or clarification by selecting the live chat option.


  1. After clicking on the live chat option. An option for push notifications will be populated.

  2. It is always recommended to select the Yes option for receiving message notifications.

  1. After selecting any option from the push notification pop-up, you can start chatting with Aerchain Customer Support team.

  1. You post a message and close the chat box. If the push notification is enabled, messages will pop up in this way and you can reply in the pop up itself.

  1. For easy resolution purposes, Aerchain Customer Support team will send a screen share option. By clicking allow, one can see your screen and resolve the query by taking the control or guiding you.


  1. You can take the control away, by selecting the Get the control option on your screen.
