Aerchain Supplier portal workflow:
Creating an account for yourself in Aerchain is very easy.
As our supplier, you will be required to register on the Aerchain network. You will receive an invitation email from Aerchain if you have worked or working with the Aerchain networked customers.
If you don’t receive an email, visit our website sapp.aerchain.io. Fill out the primary information and click on the Register button.
An email will be sent for confirmation of your email account, which will redirect to the portal. Now, you can access your account directly on our website sapp.aerchain.io by entering your email address and password.
Once you login to the portal, you can see notifications sent from your customer on the homepage.
On the left panel of the Aerchain supplier portal, you have many sections available which are as follow-
User dashboard where you can see the high-level overview of your business data such as average Purchase order value, an average monthly business, and much more analytics.
RFQs where you can track all the RFQs along with their statuses.
Purchase orders: The purchase orders listing page displays a summary of all the purchase orders information along with their statuses.
Invoices where you can view all the information related to Invoices created for the Purchase orders (POs) on the Invoice Listing page. Moreover, you can upload invoices directly using Invoice extraction.
Inwards, managing inwards in certain is a simple process. You can track your Inwards at different stages from the Inward listing page.
Catalogue, you can easily view, edit, and manage your catalogs. Also, can create new products and bulk upload the products for customers.
Customers, allows you to view your customer's details along with their status and you can also update their details.
Tickets displays the status of your raised tickets such as tickets in-process, resolved, and canceled.
