The Aerchain supplier mobile app enables you to manage and accept your purchase orders. We will focus on how you can accept and track purchase orders in the Aerchain Mobile App in a few simple steps in this article.


Login to the mobile application, then select Orders module on the dashboard to view the list of all existing purchase orders on the system. 


The PO listing page displays a summary of all the purchase orders that have to be accepted, invoiced and delivered. 


Status Cards: There are three tabs that show the status of the purchase order, and the counter displays how many orders are to be accepted, to be invoiced and to be delivered. 

Search filter: This enables you to search any specific purchase order by PO code.  

Filter Purchaser orders: 

You can apply filters using the filter button from the top right corner of the dashboard to display the list of purchase orders according to the filter applied. There are three filters i.e. customer, purchaser and status. 
 


Customer filter: Click on the filter button and select customer tab. Then, select one or more checkboxes of the customer name. Then, click Apply. You can also search customers from the search field. 

Purchaser filter: By clicking on the purchaser tab, you can apply filters to a purchaser to list all the purchase orders according to purchaser names. 

Status filter: You can easily filter out the purchase orders by status.  Click on the status filter tab. You can select one or more status checkboxes from the dropdown and click Apply.

The view page displays the details of the purchase order which includes the product details, Invoices and Inwards, general details of PO, and customer chat option. If the PO is in released status, then you can accept or reject the purchase using the Accept or Reject button. You can also create an invoice or proforma invoice once the order is accepted.  

Accept or Reject Purchase order

Once the purchase order is released by the customer, it will appear on the PO listing page. 


Accept PO: 

  • You can click on the ‘to be accepted status’ from the status card. All the released Purchase orders will display. 

  • Click on the PO code and the view page gets open. The view page has information such as:

Product tab: This tab displays all the line items, its quantity and price. 

INV&INW tab: This displays the existing invoices and inwards details for this purchase order. 

Details: General details of PO code displays such as Purchaser, Company, PO date,  Expected delivery date, Payment terms, Shipping, and Billing Addresses. 

Chat: You can chat with your customer using this chat button and attach the files or screenshot if required. 

  • Now, click on the ‘Accept’ button. A pop-up window appears that displays the product details such as list of items, its quantity, and ETA. 


  • Select the delivery date for the line items of the purchase order from the calendar picker. 

  • Finally, click on the ‘Accept’ button. The purchase order is accepted successfully. 

Reject PO: If you want to reject the purchase order. Click on the ‘Reject’ button. Enter the Rejection Reason in the comment, and click on the Yes button.
