What is a Payment Voucher
A payment voucher is the collection of payables based on supplier and currency. Where payable is an amount due to someone.
Say there are ten payables. These ten payables can be from ten different invoices. Five are due for Supplier A and the other five for Supplier B. In this case, only two payment vouchers are created. One for Supplier A and another for Supplier B. Also, the Aerchain system automatically creates these payment vouchers when a payment run is created.
